By signing up for any Dating Boutique/Amanda Rose Inc. Coaching/Consultation Programs, you agree upon the terms and conditions below.

Coaching Terms and Agreement

Parties. This Client Contract and Agreement is made by and between (the “Client” or “you”) and Dating Boutique Inc./Amanda Rose Inc. (“we” or “us”). Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc services will be provided at such time, place and cost as mutually agreed upon.

Service. The service we provide is personal relationship and dating coaching, as jointly designed with you. Coaching is not medical advice, therapy, psychoanalysis or counseling, and may address specific personal issues, confidence building or general conditions in a client’s life. We make no warranties to efficacy and you accept these services for novelty purposes only. You agree to hold Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc harmless for any damages that may arise due to our negligence or gross negligence.

During our meetings we may discuss personal information. We respect your willingness to be truthful and will treat this information as confidential. Dating Boutique Inc./Amanda Rose Inc. reserves the right to seek second opinions from other coaches or professionals if we deem it necessary. The client agrees to hold Dating Boutique Inc./Amanda Rose Inc harmless for any advice, coaching, or misuse of any information given. The client agrees that it is the full responsibility of the client of their own actions and results. All advice and coaching of Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc is for informational purposes only. All information given by Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc is not intended for medical, psychiatric, financial or legal advice. The client agrees to be truthful, respectful and cooperative at all times.

Because you decide the amount and level of coaching, as a result, fees vary with the services requested and will be determined between us prior to being provided. If you cancel within 24 hours of the first scheduled session, your deposit will be forfeited. We guarantee you at least a 1:1 student-instructor ratio for private coaching. Please note that, for fairness, arriving late to the first session will result in a shortened session. There are no refunds given after the first coaching consultation has been completed. Fees must be paid before coaching and/or consultations begin. If you decide to cancel your coaching/consultation a refund will be given within 3 days of purchase if you have not received your initial coaching and/or consultation session. No refunds will be given after the initial coaching and/or consultation session. Our client/coach relationship will terminate at the end of your prepaid coaching and/or consultations sessions.

During our meetings, you will be exposed to unique ideas and information that are the property of Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc. You acknowledge any and all intellectual property works presented during these sessions is the property of Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc and, should through your participation new or derivative works be created, you hereby assign any rights you may have in such works to Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc. Because of the valuable nature of this information, you also agree to keep this information confidential and not publish, teach or otherwise disseminate this information at any time without the prior written consent of Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc.

You agree that the failure to abide by the terms in this contract will result in legal action by Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc. Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc will be entitled to all expenses incurred in connection with any dispute arising from this contract, including attorney’s fees and court costs. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky and both you and we hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Kentucky, in connection with any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of or related to this contract. The Client and Dating Boutique Inc/Amanda Rose Inc agree this contract replaces any prior agreements, written or oral, with respect to the purpose of this contract.

Information You are Prohibited From Sharing or Copying to Others. Unauthorized use of our content, products, services, coaching programs, consultations, and this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. All material produced by Dating Boutique Inc and Amanda Rose Inc may not be copied, modified, reproduced, sold, republished, uploaded, posted, or distributed in any manner for commercial use.

By using our website, services, programs, groups, coaching and consultations you agree not to steal our content or share it for any commercial reasons or non-commercial reasons without our written and signed permission. All information obtained on the Dating Boutique Inc and Amanda Rose Inc websites are the sole property of Dating Boutique Inc and Amanda Rose Inc.
